À chaque sortie d’une journée, Karla prépare à bord un déjeuner dalmate maison en 3 plats — poisson frais, huile d’olive locale, fromage et prosciutto, avec du vin croate, à l’ancre dans une baie tranquille.

Un parking public se trouve à Priko (21310 Omiš), à quelques pas du bateau.
Arrivée
Merci d’arriver 10–15 minutes avant l’heure de départ.
À apporter
Maillot, serviette, crème solaire, chapeau et une petite laine pour les sorties du soir. Nous fournissons le reste.

Vraie cuisine dalmate
La cuisine telle que la côte la mange
La cuisine dalmate est simple et de saison : poisson de la mer même où vous nagez, huile d’olive de la côte, tomates et herbes du jardin. Rien n’est précipité.
À bord, Karla prépare tout frais — une entrée de fromage local, prosciutto et olives, un plat autour du poisson du jour ou de pâtes, et du vin croate. On mange à l’ancre dans une baie tranquille, entre deux baignades.

Oui — Karla cuisine tout frais à bord avec des produits dalmates locaux. C’est la même cuisine que pour notre propre famille.

Les sorties voile de 3 h incluent des en-cas dalmates (fromage, prosciutto, olives) et des boissons plutôt qu’un déjeuner complet ; la sortie pêche de jour inclut en-cas et boissons à bord, tandis que la sortie au coucher du soleil inclut des boissons.
