Là où les montagnes rencontrent la mer
Omiš se trouve là où la rivière Cetina traverse les montagnes côtières vers l’Adriatique, à environ 25 km au sud de Split. Ancien bastion de pirates, c’est aujourd’hui une base détendue pour les plages, les aventures en rivière et la voile entre les îles.
C’est une excursion facile depuis Split — assez proche pour être atteinte en bien moins d’une heure, mais plus calme et plus authentique que la ville elle-même.
