Su ogni gita di un giorno, Karla prepara a bordo un pranzo casalingo dalmata di 3 portate — pesce fresco, olio d’oliva locale, formaggio e prosciutto, con vino croato, all’ancora in una baia tranquilla.

Il cibo come lo mangia la costa
La cucina dalmata è semplice e di stagione: pesce dallo stesso mare in cui nuoti, olio d’oliva della costa, pomodori ed erbe dell’orto. Niente è di fretta.
A bordo Karla prepara tutto fresco — un antipasto di formaggio locale, prosciutto e olive, un primo o un secondo con il pesce del giorno, e vino croato. Si mangia all’ancora in una baia tranquilla, tra un bagno e l’altro.
