Omiš is een stadje zo’n 25 km ten zuiden van Split, waar de rivier Cetina in de Adriatische Zee uitmondt. We treffen elkaar vlak bij de boot in Četvrt Ribnjak, Omiš — er zijn geen steigers of pontons, ga gewoon naar de plek die op de kaart staat.
Vanuit Split volg je de kustweg (D8) naar het zuiden — een mooie rit van ruim onder een uur. We kunnen een taxi regelen als je liever niet rijdt.
